Iran is willing to resume nuclear negotiations with the United States as long as it is handled with "dignity" and "honor", Tehran's foreign minister has stated.

He asserted Iran did not have unreported enrichment locations, and Iran could not yet authorize the global atomic watchdog to access bombed nuclear sites for safety concerns.
